The Chair is quite ready to allow the debate to continue if the Ministers are ready. I understand that the amendments were, indeed, approved yesterday and copies have been distributed although the Chair does not have them yet. So, if that is the case, we could go on with The Basic Education Bill. The Minister for Education or anybody in the Government, are you ready to proceed with The Basic Education Bill, Bill No.46 of 2012?
