On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. Thank you for informing us about the five Bills. Under Article 115 of the Constitution of Kenya, Bills must be assented to within specific periods. You have enumerated the dates when the five Bills were passed by this House. Except for the first one, which was passed on 5th December, 2012, all the others were passed on 2nd October, 27th September and 27th November.
