As you are aware and for the knowledge of the members of the public at large, the legislative authority is vested and exercised by Parliament in accordance to Article 95, 94 and 109 of the Constitution. However, the Constitution also confers authority to the Executive to pass delegated legislation provided they are within the scope of the Constitution. view
