• 14 Feb 2018 in National Assembly: The Select Committee on Delegated Legislation is established pursuant to the provisions of Standing Order No.210 with the power to scrutinise all statutory instruments that are submitted to the House to ensure that they are within the Constitution and comply with all applicable laws.
