He proposes 13 members and we know that the Mwongozo Guidelines provide for nine members. The Clerk of the National Assembly needs to take note of this because this is among the many reports that this House has passed. We continue getting similar comments from other implementation agencies that they were not communicated to. We need to streamline that area. view
