I stand to oppose the Motion because of the determination that has been exhibited by our colleagues on the other side of the House to reverse the gains that this country has made in terms of observance of the dictates of the Constitution and the rule of law. Tomorrow’s proposed morning sitting will be used to reverse the gains that we have made in that regard. The Supreme Court made a decision that we need to conduct a repeat presidential election. view
