Very well, hon. Members. We are now back in the Committee of the whole House with some time in our hands. I hope that we will finish in time, anyway. We are still at New Clause 29(A), which was being read a Second Time. For the sake of clarity, I would wish to request hon. Njok i Ndung'u to state her point so that hon. Members can understand clearly what amendments she has proposed to be put in. That way, when I put the Question for the vote, hon. Members can make the right decision.
