Mr. Speaker, Sir, Lokichoggio is a border area. In 2004, it became an operation area. The family of this person has not seen him. How does the Minister come to the conclusion that this person is AWOL when we know that in an area where there is hostility, somebody can be kidnapped by enemies or other people because this is a hostile zone? Could the Minister state for sure that this man was not killed or kidnapped by the enemy other than saying that he left the camp without official permission? It is possible that he might be dead. Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. Mine will also be very fast. Talking with experts from the University of Nairobi, some of whom were our classmates, we gather that there is a number of stations in Kenya to monitor these activities, particularly earthquakes, but those stations are not manned because of lack of funding. Could the Minister address the issue of funding those stations. Earth tremors have not been a very common occurrence in Kenya, but they can still occur again.
