On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. The Senator from Kakamega indicated that this Senate is gagging him. I am part of this Senate and from a personal point of view, I do not remember telling him not to talk about certain things. Is he in order to allege that Senators, individually or collectively have gagged him from talking about certain issues? Madam Temporary Speaker, on that light moment, I wish to support this Motion. I can tell you, when the Professor comes up with a few remarks time and again, you could actually lose your train of thought, but I have remained steady despite that disruption. I beg to support and ask Sen. Kagwe to bring the robust enabling legislation so that we can realize the aspirations of this Senate in this country.
