First, our departed colleague was a young person who was articulate and learned notwithstanding the fact that he came from a marginalized community. He was a beacon of hope amongst the people of Ogiek Community. Madam Deputy Speaker, this country has about 44 recognized ethnic groups. We have the major communities and other small communities. Somebody out there is crying for the people of Ogiek. We have a vision that one day, the people of Ogiek will be one of the most progressive and developed in the Republic.
