• 22 Feb 2022 in Senate: Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I support this important Statement. It is unfortunate that we have not seen Government releasing the budget for the third quarter. This is an issue affecting Parliament as well, not just county governments and this is serious. It speaks clearly about our financial stress as a country. That means that the Financial Year is coming to an end. There is always this issue that monies are going to be returned at the end of the Financial Year but the truth is that no monies are returned.
