I know that you as the Hon. Speaker, under Standing Order No.1, can re-open the debate. However, with regard to the amendment being proposed, the right procedure is that it has to go to the relevant Committee for us to determine its viability or otherwise. • 7 Jun 2017 in National Assembly: As I finish, we established that the reason as to why KUCCPS wanted to take this power was because of money – admission fees and application fees. They are not doing it for the good of education of our country, but for the good of the parastatal that has been established to milk the poor. Kenyans are eager to join those facilities. view

The age is getting younger and we want to appreciate that. We want comfort for our young sisters here. Hon. Sabina Chege is a good Chair and you know this is a House of debate - you can win or lose.
