  • 14 Jun 2006 in National Assembly: Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, about a year ago, the Ndung'u Report was supposed to have been released to the public. The report is allegedly to contain all the names and records of the stolen parcels of land from the public. Is the Assistant Minister aware that the document is not in the public domain as alleged by the Government? Is he further aware that it is impossible to find a copy of the Ndung'u Report? We do not know where it is. Could he make it available, at least, to all hon. Members, so that we know who these thieves ... view

Is the Assistant Minister in order to tell Kenyans that the only way to access the Ndung'u Report is by purchasing it from the Government? Could the Assistant Minister assure this House that in their administrative exercise, whatever that means, they are not going to victimise chiefs and they are going to be given a fair hearing if ... view

(b) Is he further aware that Sinaga Girls Secondary School and Eng. • 3 May 2006 in National Assembly: On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. Mr. Midiwo is just wondering if the Minister is in order to mislead the House that CDF is not aiding the free primary education. If he may wish to know, I am spending over 90 per cent of my CDF on free primary education. view
