  • 19 Aug 2009 in National Assembly: I have been in the Civil Service where we carried out co-ordination and supervision exercises. I can assure you that co-ordination and supervision is a very expensive exercise, particularly when one is dealing with 42 or more Ministries. One cannot perform those roles without monitoring and carrying out evaluation. This means that this Office requires more money. The Prime Minister has requested for a very small amount of money.
