The justification is to make provision that requires Sacco societies to share information on performing and non-performing loans amongst themselves. I want to apprise the Members that what we have passed today is fundamentally important to streamline the sacco sector. As you have seen Kenya is a sacco society because we have so many saccos. Some which are doing very well while others are not. But with the enactment of this law we will streamline those which are not doing very well. I want to thank the Members. I second. view
