The Committee, in compliance with the Constitution and other legal requirements and established procedures for vetting, ensured its meetings were open to the public and were covered by the media. On the particulars of the candidate, I think it was the considered opinion of the entire Committee that the candidate presented an outstanding curriculum vitae. The candidate, as it is outlined in the Report, has three Masters degrees in security intelligence.
