The import of part (b) of the amendment is that it is possible, with the use of technology, to have sperms extracted soon after a man’s death for later use in fertilisation. Then, the Member for Mbita has left “one year”. My amendment is in agreement with replacing “artificial insemination” with “assisted reproductive process” but then the one year--- view
