The same officers who are increasing the intake have not made any arrangements for infrastructural development. I wonder where the money is going to come from. By extension, this will lower the quality of education because we will have substandard facilities in schools. Therefore, the examinations will be a formality. Examination fraud will be common since it will be happening every day and everywhere. We would not like to do such a thing. Is it in order for a seasoned Member of Parliament, whom I respect so much, hon.(Dr. ) Shaban, to mislead this honourable House that the positions on the Judicial Service Commission dominated by people from Nyanza when she knows that all the people from Nyanza represent professional bodies?
