I like what the Chinese leader said; that we should not care about the colour of the cat so long as it can catch mice. Eventually, we will gain this space. However, the problem is bigger than this Bill. I think the Chairperson, Sen.   • 19 Feb 2019 in Senate: Madam Temporary Speaker, whereas I agree that this matter should not proceed beyond the Second Reading, in the last meeting of the Senate Business Committee, we had agreed that this Bill should go through the Second Reading and then we will defer the Third Reading when we are dealing now with the amendments. If those amendments that will emanate from both sides of Parliament will not be in agreement, then the Bill will not be read a Third Time.
