We probably can give the Government a way of structuring negotiations up to the point where you have a binding agreement, when having these documents that are called MOUs. Lastly, a batch of documents was tabled. I want to plead with you, because of what we had this morning, that those documents should be kept under lock and key until the Chairman calls for it.
