New Clause 15A(2)(a) says:- “If the mediation contemplated in Sub-section (1) fails, the Commission may, if satisfied that there has been an infringement of the provisions of this Act, order the release of any information withheld unlawfully.” This same Commission is supposed to order for the information to get out.
