Temporary Deputy Chairman, this specific amendment basically was to define the commissioning plan which is on page 2771 and, indeed, the definition is as contained in the Order Paper and I move that it actually goes because there is no definition. There is absolutely none and, therefore, nobody understands the words “the commissioning plan”. view
