  • 17 Jul 2013 in National Assembly: Hon. Speaker, we brought this amendment Bill to the House being alive to the fact that the Jubilee Government came into being less than 100 days. At the same time, the Cabinet Secretary and the Principal Secretary in the Ministry of Agriculture are relatively new. The essence of coming up with this particular Act is to ensure that there is a lot of efficiency within the agricultural sector. view
