This is ongoing with the contractor's team rolling out the system to ensure it is fully operational. After issuance of a certificate of completion, the contractor would have to give NEMA a certificate from Oracle, who is the dealer, licensing the use of the software. view

I am still trying to get my way around and my Minister has not been in the office since he lost his brother. I expect him today but I do not have an answer. • 20 Apr 2006 in National Assembly: Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I would like to thank the Assistant Minister for the answer. I have since checked with the headmaster, who confirmed that this is the money he was expecting. The only thing I would urge the Assistant Minister is to ensure that this does not happen again. The data that was forwarded to the Ministry headquarters by the school was accurate. So, I do not know where he got the wrong data from. I am satisfied with the answer. I will follow up the matter with the school's administration to ensure that the money was, indeed, received. view
