I rise today to support the recommendations and the Report of the Justice and Legal Affairs Committee that the Lady Justice Martha Koome be approved by this august House. Hon. Deputy Speaker, there are three things that stood out for me when it came to this particular nominee. First and foremost, she demonstrated her experience and passion for children and family.
