• 5 Aug 2020 in National Assembly: Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I do not think it is in order for the leader, whom I respect and wish well, to treat Parliament like a school where he is an administrator explaining why the money is not going to the constituencies. The Chair has said that the money has not been taken to the Board for it to disburse to the constituencies. He wants to create a situation whereby it is Parliament or the MPs seated here who are not disbursing the cash. view

I wish to ask Question No. 123 of 2020 to the Cabinet Secretary for Education: (i) Could the Cabinet Secretary explain why Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) trainers were transferred from the Teachers Service Commission payroll to the Public Service Commission in February/March 2019 without having in place a scheme of service for the said trainers, causing them to miss out on the Phase III and Phase IV of the TSC Scheme of Service under the Collective Bargaining Agreement of 2016?
