I am not on a point of information, but I found it important to state that because my immediate neighbour was using his old card. Hon. During the sitting, His Excellency Hon. Uhuru Kenyatta, CGH, President and Commander of the Kenya Defence Forces, addressed the House and submitted reports on the status of three issues. Firstly, it was on the implementation of Kenya’s international obligations which he did very well. He talked to Kenyans through their representatives, Members of the National Assembly and Senators.
