As much as my counterpart is doing the right thing, or whatever kind of amendments he is introducing, we can only follow the procedures to ensure that the right thing is done.

Yes, he knows where I belong. What the Member tried to clarify is making sense. It is important not to play politics. What would be the difference in having two representatives? If it is under the regulations, then we can accept. It is important that we argue from a point of information and not from a perspective of politics. We agree with the Leader of the Majority Party, but it is important to know that this House does not belong to people of Garissa only. This House belongs to Members of Parliament. We should have independent minds here.
