The situation in Bobasi is what precipitated to what somebody is referring to out there. I understand that there are police officers who might be involved in these incidents, who have been transferred from Nyamache to Sengera in the next constituency. Why can the Assistant Minister not transfer all those police officers and, maybe, even investigate their activities? He should post new, properly trained and effective police officers. view
