It is important for all of us to appreciate what the Government is doing in preparing such a very good Budget and also in the way it is generating revenue for this nation. Member has some very useful information and he has made a very serious allegation that there is somebody who has become a millionaire overnight. This is misuse of office. I think the hon. Member should substantiate so that it is easier to follow and, of course, tell the people the truth. If we are hon. Members in this House, we cannot have allegations.
