  • 27 Jul 2016 in Senate: On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. Yesterday, I heard you clearly giving a directive that this Statement should be given priority and should be responded to today at exactly 2.30 p.m. and the secretariat put it there. Yesterday, the Senate Majority Leader himself undertook, on behalf of the Committee and the Government, to issue this Statement today given the nature of the urgency. • 27 Jul 2016 in Senate: Mr. Speaker, Sir, I do not know how much more time the Chairman will require noting that this Statement is long overdue. It is nearly two months now. When he confesses here that he has been struggling to look for the response, I do not know what that means. This was very urgent and you directed several times that this should be done but the Chairman still looks like he is not sure on how to handle it. I would request that they give the Statement tomorrow. view

It begs the question: What is so particular about the 8 to 16-year-olds that are being kidnapped and killed in this village? To have a Cabinet Secretary who earns a salary and allowances every month, including 24-hour protection, asking ... view
