As to how the Committee will handle it, the Deputy Speaker has to wait. Whether we are going to summon the governor or not, it is not for him to tell us. They have used over Kshs430 million yet there are no projects on the ground. It is like there is a scheme to defraud money through starting of projects that are never completed.
