He should have thoroughly looked at the Constitution, so that he can advise the promoter of the Bill to---. I know we will introduce amendments but I am worried by the way he is moving it as though nobody is paying attention to that. It is time we asked every Government Agency that relates to release of permits to go further than that and detect what type of activities are supposed to be taking place. They should not just give out permits for such activities to take place. view
