• 8 Aug 2019 in National Assembly: There has been an argument that when a proposal comes from the Commission on Revenue Allocation (CRA) it should be final. The Senate is forgetting that every five years, it determines the formula for sharing revenue among the counties. In Article 217, before the Senate makes that determination, it has to request and consider the recommendations from CRA. It recently got the recommendation, but it has not passed the proposed formula because Senators disagreed on it.
