I think this is one Bill that we should not crowd our programme with. We should wait for the 12th Parliament. view

  • 18 May 2017 in National Assembly: But Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker you can see Hon. Duale is playing politics with this Bill. I am sure when Hon. Duale moved this Bill he did not believe in it. That is why he did not whip properly for the Bill to be passed in this House. He is bringing it when he knows it is impractical to pass it with two-thirds majority. I plead with my friend that this politics--- view
