I am aware that Standing Order No.24 has been uplifted from the old Standing Orders. • 1 Apr 2014 in National Assembly: Hon. Deputy Speaker, we both wanted to inform the Leader of Minority Party who will soon be the Leader of Majority Party. A research was conducted through the Public Service Commission. Another research was conducted through the National Integration and Cohesion Commission and another one was just conducted recently by Synovate and it was found that two communities, one which is number one in terms of population, but is only 16 per cent of this country, and another community which is number three in terms of population, combined controlled almost 30 per cent of the jobs. I am very happy and excited that he was humiliated. Pursuant to Standing Order No.44(2)(c), I wish to request for a Statement from the Chairperson of the Departmental Committee on Transport, Public Works and Housing regarding the status of Mbita-Sindo-Magunga-Karungu Road, D210 and Koguta-Nyabera Road, E118. • 26 Mar 2014 in National Assembly: (i) the programme the Ministry has to tarmack D210 which is a major road in my constituency and Koguta-Nyabera section which links D210 and C20 which is currently under construction from Homa Bay to Mbita; (ii) emergency measures to be put in place by the Ministry to repair and improve the roads, especially during rainy seasons to motorable conditions since some part of the road is currently cut off in some sections, like between Kiabuye and Magunga and also between Magunga and Kigua markets.
