It is true that really we are currently working on Supplementary Budget and this is one way through which Committees can get more funding. Temporary Deputy Chairman, even though it may be difficult to oppose this amendment because even if you oppose it there will be no implication or effect, I am a bit concerned first that the money for capacity building is going to be “eaten”.
