Could he inform the House how long that lady had served as a teacher and whether that Kshs60,000 is commensurate with the length of service that she offered? view

Is it in order for the Assistant Minister to evade answering my question, when he knows very well the Question asked why the teacher was interdicted? It would have been prudent for him to get the details of how long that teacher served and even the disciplinary history, so that he can address the House properly. Is he in order to evade answering my question, which he should have anticipated? view

The Minister should also explain in the Statement the effect(s) that this action could have on our diplomatic standing within the international community and confirm whether this is not an infringement of human rights and civil liberties to Dr. Besigye. I wanted to know from the Assistant Minister why he could not leave in the morning but has to leave at 5.30 p.m. today. view

This is the second time the Assistant Minister is not aware, and he cannot answer questions. For instance, if at all these companies have gone bankrupt, this country stands to lose a lot of money.
