In respect of Article 229(4), on timeliness of submission of reports by the Auditor-General’s office, it would be fair, since we are on national coverage, to say that the critical delay is not on the Auditor-General’s side. He has two reports that were completed, and that we have not been able to look at. view

Are we in order to imply that, in fact, the delay is critically from the side of the Auditor-General when it is the process of vetting and viewing each report that is lengthy?
