Ogolla together with Hon. Raso. He was a good officer who truly took care of the military during his time in office before his demise. Oscar Nabulindo for bringing this Motion. As a country, we have lost very many people within a very short time. This year, we have lost 1,300 people within a span of only three months. I suggest that the Minister for Roads and Transport, Hon. Murkomen adopts the “Michuki rules.” Kenyans are notorious. They test the system. The Minister should be firm on the truck rules. When he was moving the Bill yesterday, he was not himself. However, it was his duty as the Chairman to move. In the first place, this Bill mostly touches on the county governments.
