  • 29 Mar 2018 in Senate: Madam Temporary Chairperson, I understand the concern that Sen. (Eng.) Maina has. However, I think it is not in order and I oppose that further amendment. Senators should not be involved in the selection of a deputy governor. The governor has the executive mandate in a county and they should exercise it because, then, we will not be able to oversight them. I want it to be on record that even me--- view
