Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to commend Sen. Kinyua for the work he has done today from 2.30 p.m. up until this moment, of course, under your guidance. He has sat there and helped us finish all of this business on our final day. Sen. Kinyua must be commended for the great work he has done. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I would just like to inform my dear friend and Senator for Nyandarua County as well as Sen. Wambua, that it is within the right of the Senator to raise the Statement. However, the Secretariat should have guided us on what happens in such a situation. I have had to deal with a similar Statement and that is how I brought the Dandora Stadium issue. Mr. Speaker, Sir, Standing Order No.51 says-
