Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, the amendment in Clause 6 and New Clause 6A is really a simple amendment as well. It amends section 140 by deleting the words “the Minister” appearing at the beginning of the section and substituting therefor the words “the Cabinet Secretary”. view
