Thank you, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. I stand to be guided. These positions should go to the children of the poor who have never been in leadership. When I visit those regions, I can say confidently that I voted for a child from a poor background so he might put food on his table. Let us not select, but elect leaders. My sister Sen. Sijeny, is a lawyer and maybe one day she will be a judge or even a chief justice. I wish her all the best. However, I wonder how her judgements will be because when she stands ...

Any time some of us, especially Members of the Opposition stand here and touch on the wrongdoing of the Government, we are silenced once and for all, to an extent that some of us have withdrawn completely; even attempting to paint a bad picture about the Government in case one wants to contribute is hindered.
