In the Bill, it says “any staff can keep order.” That means even the staff who are not supposed to be in this House. view

Emotionally, it is a good thing to unite people with their families, and particularly to bring people home so that they can be visited. It brings a lot of emotional relief to the families and the loved ones; they should not suffer the same way the person in jail suffers. view
  • 30 Jul 2015 in National Assembly: But on the contrary, we have to be careful because we have given so much discretionary powers to both the Cabinet Secretary and the Attorney-General on how to get these people back; this process should not be misused, particularly in political situations and we end up bringing back only people who are politically correct. view
