Is it in order for my colleague and good friend, who is on the Floor, to impute an improper motive that appointments to the Kenya Meat Commission (KMC) Board and recruitment of staff were not balanced, when the list of its employees was tabled here? In fact, he says nobody from his area was employed by the KMC. Could he withdraw these allegations? view

Member, whom I doubt is a mathematician, to imply that there was unfairness in the appointment of the KMC Board? We have 210 constituencies in this country, but have only 15 board members. It was not possible to appoint a board member from every constituency. What is the hon. Member talking about? view

Even the officers of the Ministry who are supposed to implement these reforms do not seem to understand them. There is a lot of confusion especially with regard to the shareholders. Companies are supposed to be started all over but the shareholders do not even know that these reforms are going on. Matayo Kyaligonza (now Ugandan High Commissioner to Kenya) did not make payments for the same; and, (c) whether, in the spirit of East African Co-operation, the Government could intervene to ensure that Mr. Ncebere is paid his dues. view
