The businesspeople have not encroached on the riparian land. The lake is swelling. It is flooding and it has affected many businesses. I just wanted to clarify that. (ii) Could the Cabinet Secretary give the status of the said project since inception, in terms of the funds that were allocated, funds already paid to the contractors and the pending allocation?
