I am saying that we are now training people in regard to receiving the SMSs. This is something which we are now nurturing. So, at the right time, we will know how much money will be charged. view

The reason why we have included the Provincial Administration, especially the chiefs and the assistant chiefs, is to make sure that there is no chaos and if there is, it must be reported for us to take action, and we will take action. view

I do sympathize with his emotions, but the police will only be aware when one reports at a police station. What he has said is true but if it is not reported to the police, you will not indicate that somebody has been killed. It will not be possible. view

If it is true that this person has been transferred to the hospital and they never reported to the police, I would want this Question to be deferred so that my officers can go and check whether this particular person actually had a problem on the ground.
