I have explained the circumstances and the only thing I am waiting for in order to assist the Questioner is the ballistic experts to tell us who actually killed this innocent lady. In the next financial year which is starting next month, I have requested for Kshs1.4 billion for the purchase of vehicles and I want to request my colleagues to support me on this particular issue. Kshs1 billion will go directly to the purchase of police vehicles while Kshs400 million will go directly to the purchase of Administration Police (AP) vehicles.
