8 May 2012 in National Assembly:
But as at now, Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, there is no evidence that contradicts what I have said. If the Chair orders me to bring the Occurrence Book (OB) for Kilimani, I will do that. Otherwise, there is nothing which the Questioner has brought in as evidence to contradict my own answer.

8 May 2012 in National Assembly:
Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, I did mention here that investigations are ongoing. There are cases which we have at hand; there are people who we had suspected and they have recorded statements. I do not wish to give that information here because it might jeopardize the investigations. I would plead with my friend to let the police investigate this matter to its conclusion and then they will arrest those who are behind these heinous acts.

8 May 2012 in National Assembly:
Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, we have intensified patrols, both foot and mobile within Garissa, Nairobi and all other cities because of fear of this. We have quite a number of detectives who are investigating these bombings within Garissa and its outskirts. So, I would plead with my colleagues that let the detectives do their work and we will also arrest those who are involved.
